How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart and check out with a card, or message us on WhatsApp at +94 755 279 110 and we will arrange it for you.
Do you deliver across Sri Lanka?
Yes. We offer islandwide delivery. Your delivery address and any charge are confirmed at checkout or in the WhatsApp chat before the order is dispatched.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online, we accept every method supported by our secure PayHere checkout — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club cards, online banking, and mobile wallets such as FriMi and Genie. For purchases made in the store, we also accept cash.
How does ordering custom aari work?
Browse past pieces on our Aari Work page, then send a photo of the design you want on WhatsApp. Every piece is hand-embroidered to order and quoted individually in the chat. The prices shown on the site are starting points.
Do you offer ladies tailoring?
Yes. We offer expert ladies tailoring in the store, including blouse stitching, alterations and made-to-measure traditional wear.
Where is the store and when are you open?
We are at No 65, Sivan Temple North Road, Jaffna, Sri Lanka. We are open every day, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Use "Find Us" on the site for directions.
Can I exchange or return an item?
We replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered — message us on WhatsApp at +94 755 279 110 within 7 days of delivery with photos. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size choice, so please check the size guide and details, or ask us on WhatsApp, before you order.
